CETCs “Drawing the Line© - Creating a Respectful Workplace” module is an extensively well researched work which has been meticulously constructed by a team comprising of professional experts from the field of learning & development, lawyers working with similar issues and NGO’s operating in the field of sexual harassment awareness and prevention.

It is a perfect balance of audio visual engagement, participant interaction and clarity through involvement. The module ably assists companies in sensitizing and educating the employees about the emotional and physical ramifications of sexual harassment, both, on the aggrieved (the one getting harassed) and the aggressor (the one who harasses). It also informs them about the legal implications of sexually offensive behaviours under the Law.

Three extremely powerful and well articulated films form the cornerstone of this entire module. The narrative of the films has ensured context with the workplace in India. These films facilitate the understanding of the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 simply & clearly.

The module also provides an insight into gender bias, brings about an awareness of the lens of prejudice, allowing the learners to witness and understand the types of harassment, effects of harassment, and the means to address an unfortunate situation when it occurs.
